The Role

As our Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an integral role in creating a smooth, organized, and high-quality patient experience. You will work closely with our pediatric dentist and orthodontist to provide exceptional clinical care, while also ensuring a first-class, concierge-level experience for parents and their children.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Patient Management : Oversee and manage your daily patient column efficiently while ensuring each child and family feels cared for.
• Digital Imaging & Records : Take high-quality digital X-rays and images with precision and expertise.
• Orthodontic Assistance : Assist with orthodontic treatments, including bonding attachments / brackets, taking digital scans, and creating retainers.
• Dental Cleanings & Chairside Assisting : Provide gentle and thorough cleanings for children and assist the dentist in all pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
• Practice Organization : Maintain a pristine and well-organized office and operatory space, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
• Customer Service & Coordination : Communicate with parents professionally and warmly, ensuring they feel informed and valued at every step of their child’s care.
• Technology & Systems Proficiency : Utilize advanced dental software and technology to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership : Work seamlessly with the team to uphold the highest level of service, organization, and excellence in patient care.
