We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. As a Cabinet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across our multi-family, residential, commercial and custom cabinetry divisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present our cabinetry solutions, and guide them through the selection and ordering process.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the multi-family, residential, and custom cabinetry markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including developers, builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cabinetry offerings and highlight their benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored cabinetry solutions that meet their specific needs and budgets.
  • Present compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the cabinetry, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction, and installation processes is a plus.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
