Overview

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers comprehensive, integrated, and affordable healthcare services to people in need. We serve over 40,000 neighbors with medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, preventive health, eligibility assistance, and health education programs. NOAH is seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure with a focus on Fortinet networking solutions, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services. This role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure management, security, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare technology systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Fortinet networking solutions to provide secure and reliable network connectivity.
  • Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the organization.
  • Manage Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and other resources, to support the organization's IT needs.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and provide effective IT support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of IT services.
  • Lead IT projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Train and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure network security and performance requirements are met (PCI, HIPAA).
  • Assist in developing the overall performance and capability of the technical team through knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Fortinet networking solutions, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute IT projects successfully.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Certified, are a plus.
