Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enablement strategies to support operational priorities and achieve measurable outcomes
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption
Oversee operations and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles
Preferred experience in a matrixed or global organization
Background in strategic planning or business transformation
Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs
Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, PowerBI)
