Home Health Aides and CNAs

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs with experience for the Billerica  area to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available : 7-Days

Monday through Sunday

9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm

Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we provide continuity of care by providing the smallest team possible to assist our client in their own home. Please only apply if you are only interested in multiple days / shifts.

Job Description :

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care

Assist with light housekeeping

Encourage walking, exercising

Providing stimulating conversation

Activities

Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders / Care Plan

Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone

Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows :

Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification

2+Years experience working with your Certification

Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA

Must have experience working with Dementia

Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check

Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray

Dementia care experience

Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.

You must own a cell phone.
