Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist

At Search Fund Ventures, we're dedicated to building an ecosystem that combines the best of private equity & venture capital models. We do this through providing comprehensive, full-lifecycle support for searchers and creating deep, rewarding investor-advisor partnerships through our LP community.
Join us to build and amplify a pipeline of co-sponsors and investors for a new private equity model. As our Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll craft and execute marketing strategies, manage social media communities, create engaging video and podcast content, and enable sales to close more deals. This part-time role is success-based and offers a path to full-time engagement with equity participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation : Design and execute lead generation campaigns targeting co-sponsors and investors.
- Content Creation & Management : Develop compelling marketing collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, newsletters, and video / podcast content.
- Social Media & Community Management : Manage and grow social media channels and nurture online communities, such as investor and searcher groups.
- Sales Enablement : Support sales efforts with data-driven insights, customized engagement materials, and CRM optimization.
- Outreach Optimization : Leverage digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and marketing automation tools to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Thought Leadership : Represent our brand authentically through high-quality content that resonates with the ETA investing space audience.

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in finance or professional services.Experience with social media marketing, community management, and relationship building.Expertise in lead generation, CRM management, and digital marketing.Exceptional writing and content creation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.Investing, Advising experience is a bonus.Compensation
Profit Sharing : Compensation directly tied to outcomes & growth.Equity Earn-In : Opportunity to earn equity upon conversion to a full-time role, based on measurable impact (e.g., revenue generated, X leads closed).Engagement Structure :Part-time, project-based initially (e.g., 1020 hours / week).Flexible hours with deliverables and milestones tied to company goals.Equity Terms :Equity vests after a defined period of successful performance (e.g., 12 months or X revenue milestone).Equity percentage determined based on contribution to company growth and strategic goals.
