Comp : From $75,000 - $80,000 / yr

Location : Madison, IN

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Facilities Manager direct hire position in Madison, IN.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all facility maintenance operations across multiple locations
• Plan and manage department budgets and business plans
• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)
• Manage facility waste, wastewater, and environmental permits (air, water, storm water)
• Supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work
• Maintain fork truck and company vehicle fleets
• Oversee water cooling tower, sprinkler, and intercom systems
• Ensure all facilities comply with OSHA and local building codes
• Maintain building grounds and systems
• Respond promptly to urgent facility issues and support other operational needs
