Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, OR equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with HQ. Maintaining Accurate Financial Records : This includes recording all business transactions, reconciling bank statements, stock reconciliation, AR, AP, Inter-Company reconciliation, other related financial records and ensuring the general ledger is accurate. Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable : Process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining accurate records. Assisting with Tax Filing : Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations. Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams for financial reporting and compliance matters. Provide Supports to Operation : Coordinate and work closely with the operation team on daily operation. Audit Coordination : Work with external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits. Cross-border Communication : Liaise with the HQ finance team for financial reporting and compliance matters.
