What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Provide technical support to Sophos customers, focusing on quality and satisfaction for network productsConduct advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions to resolve installation and configuration issuesHandle technical escalations within team response and resolution targetsProvide feedback to improve technical support procedures and customer satisfactionParticipate in weekend and on-call shifts on a rotational basisWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field, including roles as a Systems / Network Administrator or technical supportProficiency with security products such as firewalls, IPSec, IDS / IPS, and VPNsExperience with Linux operating systems at the command line levelFamiliarity with Active Directory (or any LDAP variant) group policy configuration and deploymentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
