Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience including heavy call center or widely dispersed field populations.
As a Senior Manager HRBP, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and expertise on a wide range of HR initiatives.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and success.
- Partner with leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy.
- Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify insights and convert these insights into recommendations the business can use to make decisions that positively impact front line employees.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence on the build and roll out of key HR initiatives, including compensation planning, annual goal setting, performance management conversations, employee engagement surveys, DEI, and others.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on employees to minimize any disruptions to the business.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated experience to influence and strategically solve problems.
- Proven track record of quickly building relationships and establishing trust with senior leaders.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience, with at least four years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Experience supporting organizations with a large call center or field population working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in an HR Shared Services Delivery model.
Working Conditions :
- Working at a desk most of the day.
- This role will be based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
Travel :
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, as needed.
