IT Asset management & Desktop Support

Overview

This role supports device imaging and repair, inventory management, and asset management using ServiceNow, with warehouse experience. The work environment is fast-paced and may require occasional travel to assist on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Device imaging and troubleshooting of devices for repairs
• Inventory management including audits / floor walks and assisting in overall inventory control
• Asset management — upload / update assets in ServiceNow and complete tasks / incidents as required
• Provide accurate inventory counts for weekly calls
• Be available to act as a backup in case of emergency, including presenting on calls and providing reports
