DESCRIPTION :

Must be available a minimum of 6 weeks at a time

Start / End Date : ASAP after credentialing for ongoing coverage.

Setting : Clinic, possible rounding.

Schedule :

Clinic : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Weekly Call : 1-2 evenings per week

Weekend Call : 5pm Friday - 8am Monday

Patients per day : 13-15

EMR : EPIC

REQUIRED : Active IL License

Board Eligible or Certified

BLS / ACLS / DEA / CSR

COMPENSATION :
