Vincent Limousine is a white gloved, family-owned transportation company based in Astoria, New York. We provide luxury transportation services to clients in the New York City Metropolitan Area, nationwide as well as internationally.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with clients as well as our worldwide partners, expeditiously managing emails, phones and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury limousine transportation industry, hospitality or related fields is preferred
- Experience in reservations & customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with decision making and solution identification ability
- must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks with quickness and accuracy.
