About the Role

Deloury Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Construction Site Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and site development projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing all phases of civil construction — from design coordination and permitting to execution and closeout — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of civil construction site operations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, general contractors and subcontractors to meet design and schedule milestones.
• Create and oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality protocols.
• Conduct regular site meetings and track progress against established performance metrics.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
