As a Software Engineer at Theom, you'll design, develop, and implement highly scalable software features on our next-generation data security platform. You'll work in a fast-learning environment with direct mentorship from industry experts, tackling complex data engineering challenges at production scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance our AI-driven security platform that protects enterprise data across major cloud providers.
• Develop innovative solutions for data classification, discovery, and access control.
• Create robust monitoring systems that detect suspicious data access patterns and potential breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with SIEM / SOAR systems and ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, and CIS frameworks.
• Contribute to a platform that serves as the critical defense layer for sensitive enterprise data.
