Job Description

The Provider Demographic Coordinator is responsible for entering and maintaining provider demographic data in various internal databases, including COPIS, HealthRules, COSMOS / NDB, and Symfact. This role ensures that provider records are accurate and up-to-date to support claims processing and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include :

• Timely and accurate data entry of provider demographic information.
• Collaborating with internal departments to validate and update provider data.
• Understanding the upstream and downstream impacts of data changes.
• Translating provider requests into structured data formats for optimal system integration.
• Supporting policy and procedure updates and assisting in training new team members.
• Meeting production and quality standards in a dynamic work environment.
