LPN - Inpatient Services

Shift :

Up to 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period

The LPN provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of the RN.

Responsibilities of this position include :

• Provides direct nursing care to patients on the unit, reporting concerns, data and abnormal findings to the RN.
• Performs specific tasks and treatments beneficial to patient care.
• Visually observes and interprets alterations in physiological and psychological status of all patients.
• Provides holistic nursing care to patients that incorporates family involvement.
• Documents care provided and data elements in the patient's medical record.
• Collaborates with members of the care team to provide quality patient care.
