Corporate Associate | Remote | 1200 Hours

This purpose-driven boutique law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its tightly knit team. The firm is composed of former AmLaw 100 attorneys seeking a more balanced lifestyle and the opportunity to work on high-impact matters to make the world more sustainable for future generations. The billable hours expectation is a true-to-form 1200, enabling attorneys to work with a high level of efficiency and efficacy.

The incoming attorney will join a practice group exclusively dedicated to renewable energy projects, and includes incredible leaders in the industry (i.e. former BigLaw Partners; General Counsel at major companies). The ideal candidate will have extensive M&A experience and familiarity with the renewable energy space. A collaborative and positive disposition is highly valued, as the firm is extremely protective of its collegial culture.

Comp DOE, $185k-$225k+.
