Kroger Prescription Plans Account Coordinator
Provide outstanding operations, implementation, and clinical support and service to maintain Kroger Prescription Plans (KPP) accounts and assist department staff. Build strong and positive client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Contribute to the growth of KPP's sales and profits. Continuously look for new and improved processes and make constructive suggestions to enhance the success of KPP and our clients. Minimum : High School Diploma or GED, Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as participate on group projects, Exceptional customer service skills, Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills, Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, Ability to organize and prioritize work based on changing and challenging deadlines, Advanced computer literacy and software skills in Microsoft Office, Familiarity with PBM industry and pharmacy industry, as well as technical terms and processes, Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, Strong time management and analytical skills, Strong decision-making ability with the ability to gather information from various sources to make informed decision
Desired : Bachelor's Degree, Any account management experience, 2+ years experience in retail pharmacy or PBM experience, Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
