Quality Inspector

Wavetronix, the global leader in radar-based vehicle detection technologies, seeks an Inspector to help us in our quality control and material receiving functions. This position plays a key role in monitoring quality of incoming goods. He or she will help the company meet aggressive shipping / receiving schedules. The person chosen for the position will positively contribute as team member in a highly functioning team environment. He or she will be expected to provide ongoing effort to continuous improvement measures. He or she will be looked to for future leadership opportunities.

Soonest tentative start date : May 19th, 2025

A successful Inspector will accomplish the following :

First 90 days

• Enthusiastically participate in personal development training.
• Gain basic Oracle knowledge of key interface screens.
• Gain familiarity with inspection processes.
• Begin building relationships with key internal customers.
• Demonstrate ability to perform high attention to detail tasks.
• Actively participate as a strong member of a team working on continuous process improvement.

First 6 months

First year

Desired Experience and Competencies

Inspector : Extreme attention to detail. Ability to follow up. Ability to prioritize. Ability to gain self-competency and be self-sufficient. Highly organized. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Be willing to learn.
