Responsibilities

• Engage casework focusing on family and humanitarian cases, with opportunities to handle state custody cases for special immigrant juveniles.
• Motivate, inspire, and drive the achievement of departmental and firm-wide goals.
• Provide direct guidance and legal strategy to Case Managers, ensuring excellence in every case.
• Conduct legal research, review filings, and troubleshoot legal strategies with creativity and precision.
• Meet with clients, addressing their concerns and shaping their legal strategies with compassion.
• Prepare clients for critical interviews and hearings, attending these proceedings as a fierce advocate.
• Achieve financial success while hitting measurable and clear goals.
• Collaborate with our management team, offering support and leadership across the firm.
