Job Title : Litigation Associate Attorney

Location : Albuquerque, NM

Salary : DOE

Work Environment : 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Job Description :

Our client is looking for mid to senior level attorneys with 5-8 years of experience in defense litigation managing a docket of any of the following : personal injury, products liability, premise liability, trucking, construction.

Candidates must have the following experience

• Strong litigation experience and great academic credentials
• Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a docket of cases from file to trial
• Desire to collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on multitude of legal projects
• Efficiently manage court appearances and depositions;
• Serve as point of contact for clients and provide active communication
• Proficiency with entering billable time and achieving billable targets.

Core Responsibilities :

Case Assessment and Investigation : Evaluate the merits of claims, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.

Client Representation

Legal Research and Documentation

Discovery and Evidence Management

Client Communication and Reporting

Trial Preparation and Litigation
