Responsibilities :

Under moderate supervision, this position is responsible for partnering with several functional areas including Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Admin.

• Project Management manage various projects and assignments
• Conduct 90-day, 6 month, and 1 year assessments for new hires and exit conduct interviews
• Assist with employee engagement & company innovation projects
• Manipulate various ad hoc reports to support HR, Finance, and Sales / Marketing
• Assist with monthly reporting metrics
• Maintain Operating Units HR SharePoint sites
• Assist with Training projects as needed
• Maintain electronic filing and other HR related documents
• Assist with the creation of presentations
• Coordinator company functions / events
• Send company communications
• Assist the Sales and Distribution department as needed with Salesforce, scorecards, and producer management

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of Operations or Human Resources experience.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Teams
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Detailed Oriented
• Demonstrated Problem Solving skills
• Be highly successful in a collaborative, hands on environment
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines and productivity demands while maintaining a positive, controlled, professional presence.

Education Requirement

Bachelors degree (Human Resources preferred)
