Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to support initiatives that strengthen relationships and enhance market visibility. This position focuses on providing strategic, logistical, administrative, and communication support for engagement programs, events, and strategic projects. The role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive approach to contributing to organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance client engagement and market visibility.
• Provide strategic and professional support for programs and events.
• Assist in gathering insights and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and engagement efforts.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving awareness and strengthening connections.
• Act as a resource for sales teams.
• Support the development and execution of a closed-loop feedback mechanism.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in the execution of duties.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
