ARE YOU THE DONOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
As the engine of our individual donor pipeline, you'll focus on cultivating and stewarding relationships with mid-level, lapsed, and reactivated donors across Kent, Ottawa, and Allegan Counties. You'll manage donor journeys, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate with teams to ensure donors experience personalized, impactful engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Donor Development, you'll join our Resource Development team , a group of passionate professionals who work together to engage donors, corporate partners, and community members. The team collaborate across departments-including Marketing, Volunteer Center, and Community Impact-to create seamless donor experiences that lead to long-term community impact.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, loves building connections, and wants to make a difference in the community. You'll work on initiatives including, but not limited to :
SCHEDULE : This is a full-time, exempt position (35.7 hours / week) with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days in the office. Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends for events and community engagement.

Salary Statement : The typical offer range for this role is from minimum to midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay for this in a market scope. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade for which this position belongs to. The salary offer considers a variety of factors relevant to this position, which includes knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The minimum salary for this role is $46,000 / annually.
