Bilingual 3PL Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our third-party logistics (3PL) facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency improving processes and leading diverse teams. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Pay : $24.00-$25.00 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations : receiving inventory picking packing and shipping.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Lead train and evaluate warehouse staff fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees and clients.
• Utilize WMS and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive performance.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Manage labor schedules and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
