CNC Swiss Machinist – 1st Shift Pay : $25-35 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Overtime : Occasional Fridays (4–10 hours)

Location : Climate-controlled, family-owned job shop

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team, working primarily on Nexturn and Hanwha Swiss machines in a dynamic job shop setting. You’ll handle full setups, changeovers, and production runs ranging from 50 to 5,000 pieces.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform full machine setups and changeovers
• Run complete part processes for varied order sizes
• Complete 2–10 setups weekly
• Read and interpret defense blueprints and GD&T symbols
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain tight tolerances down to ±.0001 inch
