Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Ensure car wash quality standards.
• Manage overall vehicle flow and production in car wash operation.
• Ensure car wash compliance with all government standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist in maintaining car wash equipment.
• Help train car wash employees according to the Car Spa certification process.
• Assist in assessing performance and skills of car wash employees.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees as needed to maintain standards and improve performance.
• Perform all essential duties and responsibilities as outlined on the job descriptions for the all car wash employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
