- Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
- Manage budgets and timelines for engagements, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Identify potential business opportunities and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Mentor and guide entry-level team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or master's degree preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience advising businesses on financial and tax matters.Skilled in preparing and reviewing intricate business tax returns with attention to detail.Proficient in conducting tax research and planning to deliver effective solutions.Familiarity with federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to challenges.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
