We are looking for a talented and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range : $45.00-$68.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include :

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings.
• Address articulation, fluency, voice, expressive / receptive language, and social communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessment results in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
