A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions while maintaining accurate records

Adhere to call handling procedures and meet daily performance targets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Familiarity with contact center software is preferred

Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection in a secure workspace
