Job descriptionFull and unrestricted License in any State, or US Territory BC / BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine NPI BLS / ACLS DEA Certificate Provide Gastroenterology care, including clinical services, procedures, consultations, and related procedures. Ensure punctuality for scheduled clinics and procedures, adhering to established medication policies and procedures. Deliver discharge education and follow-up instructions coordinated with the next care setting for Gastroenterology patients. Attend staff meetings as required by the VAMC Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee, and communicate any conflicts with compliance. Complete appropriate QM / PI documentation for procedures, complications, and outcomes, following patient safety and infection control standards. Make efforts to prevent medication errors, falls, and patient injuries in care delivery. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Adelphi is seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide services at a facility in Lebanon, Pennsylvania (PA). The ideal candidate will provide Clinical and Endoscopy care to patients.
