CNC Machinist
Job Summary :
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our production operations, utilizing your expertise to operate and program state-of-the-art CNC machines. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the fabrication of high-quality parts and components that meet our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and identify process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the manufacturing process
Qualifications :
3-5 years proven experience as a CNC MachinistMust be able to lift and carry up to 50-lbs. unassistedProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprintsStrong technical skills in CNC programming and machine operationFamiliarity with various cutting tools, measuring instruments, and inspection techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsWorking Conditions :
This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, vibrations, and the operation of heavy machinery. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and safety protocols must be strictly followed.
