This individual is skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance. Outstanding opportunity for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to promote and maintain good resident relations, and effectively prioritize and organize both maintenance and administrative work. Individuals must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees, site staff, residents, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and others responsible for servicing the company and property. Must be proficient with computers and be able to learn and effectively utilize various software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, ADP, Real page, and ePMX. Individuals should be service-minded and take pride in their work.

Job Functions :

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
• Responsible for inventory control and purchasing in conjunction with the manager.
• Meets and communicates with site managers regularly to update each other on on-site issues.
• Assumes on-call responsibilities for emergencies, shared with others where applicable.
• Works with manager to coordinate contracts and oversee contractor activities.
• Responds to daily emergencies and routine service work orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains the appearance of the site by collecting and discarding refuse from common areas and throughout the site daily.
• Performs preventative maintenance schedule per site requirements.
