Salary $125,000 - $180,000 per year
A Bit About Us
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Director to lead our Finance team. This is a vital role that will oversee the company's tax planning and compliance with a focus on enhancing profitability and long-term sustainability.
The Tax Director will be responsible for managing and facilitating tax reviews, developing tax savings strategies, and ensuring compliance with necessary tax laws.
The ideal candidate will be a CPA with a strong background in tax review, compliance, and research with experience in Gift, Trusts & Estates, and High-Net Worth Individual tax returns.

Job Details
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role.
- Strong background in tax review, compliance, tax research, Gift, Trusts and Estates, and High-Net Worth Individuals.
- Excellent research and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
- Familiarity with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with tax preparation software and reporting tools.
