Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)

Our Healthcare client located in Irving, TX has an immediate need for a Sr. Financial Analyst on a contract basis. This position will require the Sr. Financial Analyst to work onsite 5 days a week. A Bachelor's degree in required.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and enhance existing processes that standardize and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reporting.
• Assist in developing consistent frameworks for goal setting, productivity tracking, and performance measurement.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate key data across the organization to support revenue cycle strategies and decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives to implement benchmarking and comparative reporting of critical revenue cycle metrics.
• Conduct financial assessments to identify and quantify opportunities for improving hospital revenue cycle performance.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving cash flow and maximizing net revenue realization across the health system.
