Responsibilities of the Project Manager :
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, allocating resources effectively.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications.
- Hire, train, and manage project staff, ensuring necessary resources are available.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and team members are aware of regulations.
- Resolve issues during construction projects, working with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Conduct project closeout procedures and complete necessary documentation.
- Seek out ways to improve the construction process and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications for the Project Manager :
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with healthcare projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods, with a focus on healthcare projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with project management software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on Offer :
