Responsibilities of the Project Manager :

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, allocating resources effectively.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications.
• Hire, train, and manage project staff, ensuring necessary resources are available.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and team members are aware of regulations.
• Resolve issues during construction projects, working with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Conduct project closeout procedures and complete necessary documentation.
• Seek out ways to improve the construction process and maintain strong client relationships.
