Overview
The Farmer’s Dog is hiring a Creative Producer - Social to join our in-house creative team. This role strategizes, ideates, and executes campaigns and always-on advertising. You will be a passionate, hyper-organized producer who helps grow our business and brand while delivering high-quality social content.
Responsibilities
- Bring creative ideas to life — work closely with art directors and copywriters to turn scripts, concepts, and content into compelling real-world deliverables that fulfill briefs.
- Deliver across multiple production disciplines including photography, social + video production, and experiential activations.
- Develop production timelines and manage schedules for concepting, pre-production, production, post, and delivery; shepherd work through approvals and ensure deadlines are met.
- Source and lead interaction with directors and production partners; oversee treatments, communicate with casting agents, actors, editors, post production vendors, and other partners to ensure the creative is executed to the highest standard within all third-party relationships.
- Find creative production approaches for social assets and other lower-funnel paid media to shoot, edit, and deliver quickly according to performance needs or cultural touchstone moments.
- Manage production budgets, collaborate with brand operations, finance, and acquisition to ensure competitive bids, clear cost discussions, and timely payments.
- Plan, manage and attend production shoots (in-office or other locations, dogs onsite). Include pre-production and post-production elements such as scouting, editing, and offsite mixing. Travel up to 20% of the year as calendar requires.
- Manage usage and licensing, including talent, music, and voiceover.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of The Farmer’s Dog Studio space.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a creative producer within an agency and / or in-house team. A portfolio with creative, relevant work is required.Experience mentoring junior team members and balancing delegation with oversight.Expertise in managing cross-functional or external partners with clear requirements, approvals, and deadlines; ability to listen to stakeholders and adapt as needed.Broad awareness of production partners and the landscape of directors, DPs, editors, and post-production.Comfortable working on high-investment projects as well as smaller shoots.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to multi-day offsite locations.Media and cultural savvy — able to translate ideas into effective delivery.Clear communicator who can translate concepts between technical and non-technical collaborators.Benefits

Anticipated base compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD annually, with additional equity opportunities. Compensation may vary by location. Details shared at offer.
