Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Creative Producer to join our team in Brooklyn. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for social content creation. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social strategies, creating original content, and managing client accounts from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social content strategies for clients
- Create, shoot, and edit professional video and photo content
- Manage social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement
- Execute growth hacking tactics to expand audience reach
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality creative campaigns
- Travel to client locations and shoots as needed (2-5 times per month)
Required Experience
Proven experience in social content creation and social media strategyTrack record of successfully running and growing social media accountsProfessional video and photography shooting capabilitiesExperience with growth hacking and organic content creationTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)Experience with CapCut for video editingStrong understanding of social media platforms and their best practicesRequired Equipment
Professional camera (DSLR / mirrorless) with multiple lensesBackup storage devices and memory cardsReliable laptop capable of handling video editingPersonal Qualities

Salary : $70,000 – $90,000 annuallyLocation : Brooklyn, NYC officeSchedule : 5 days per week in-officeAdditional commitments : Occasional weekend work and extended hours (limited occurrence, some at additional compensation)Travel : 2-5 times per month for client work and shootsHow to Apply
