A company is looking for a Systems Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining Zendesk and optimizing care operations tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of the clinic's Zendesk instance, including user onboarding and system configuration
Provide tier 1 troubleshooting and technical support for care teams on core business tools
Design and update standard operating procedures and maintain internal knowledge bases for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in a technical support, operations, or administrative role, preferably in healthcare
Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service / ticketing platform
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
Familiarity with workflow tools such as Notion
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
