Job Overview

We are seeking mid-level IT Field Engineers to join our team on a freelance or contract basis. The role is based in major cities across the United States. The ideal candidate will work on troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems as part of EIL Global's commitment to delivering exceptional IT solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Windows OS troubleshooting, network configuration, and hardware diagnostics and repair (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory management, enabling seamless authentication and access management across networked environments.
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge, ensuring a solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• CompTIA certification with proven ability to diagnose and address a range of technology-related issues efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the capability to handle and resolve technical challenges independently.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients to address needs and provide clear technical support.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high levels of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Commitment to adhering to best practices and innovative approaches to maximize IT performance and security.
