A company is looking for a MyChart Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate electronic access to health information through the patient portal

Investigate and resolve software issues while coordinating with others

Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Post High School Degree in health or IT related field or 3 years of experience with patient health information

Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification preferred

1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
