The role you'll contribute :

The SR. Employee Experience Partner (EEP) has responsibilities for day-to-day management, guidance, support and expertise in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The individual serves as the first line of HR, taking ownership to manage the employee experience. This may include, but not limited to, offering direction for employees and managers through their onboarding experience, their partnership with self-service tools and HR Shared Services, and supporting the execution of local HR programs and initiatives. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, separation of work procedures, and document management. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
