What’s in it for you?

• Base Salary : $36.00 - $40.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Sign-On Bonus : Sign-on bonus of $1,000. $500 will be paid out after you have successfully completed 60 days of employment, and $500 will paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment.
• Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements
• Schedule : Schedule : Monday – Friday + ability to participate in after after-hours emergency maintenance during scheduled on-call shifts
• On Call : After hour on-call schedule takes place across three apartment communities within a 10-mile radius. On-call duties shared among team members.
