Position Overview :

• Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor
• Salary : $36.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• On-Call Rotation Schedule : Participation in after-hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked.
• Schedule : Monday – Friday

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Parkview Apartments, a 151-unit affordable apartment community located in Minneapolis, MN . As a part of a community-focused team, you will play a vital role in serving residents with care, responding to service requests promptly and professionally, and take pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an apartment community, ensuring that all units, common areas, and amenities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, managing preventative maintenance, and responding to resident service requests promptly.
