Warehouse Manager
Kelly® is looking for a Direct Hire Warehouse Manager to work at a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand in La Puente, CA 91744.

Pay rate : $75k+ DOE
Schedule : Mon-Fri 9-6 : 00pm
Direct hire role. Note : Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Manager? You’ll be :
- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maximizing Amazon FBA strategy and ensuring logistics operations support growth targets and customer service standards.
- Developing and implementing warehouse strategies for efficient management of inbound and outbound logistics.
- Coordinating with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Implementing best practices in warehouse management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Managing relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon FBA representatives.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the warehouse team.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and distribution effectiveness.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Required to be able to converse in Mandarin.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in warehouse management, with expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon FBA distributions.
- Possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and logistics software.
- Have excellent leadership and team management skills - this is a smaller team environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Are knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Have the ability to drive an electric forklift (preferred).
