As an Anaplan FP&A Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex planning programs, combining strong project leadership, FP&A domain expertise, solution governance, and a robust understanding of the Anaplan platform.

This role is 70% focused on delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality implementations, client satisfaction, and team development, and 30% focused on FP&A practice growth through pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and practice enablement.

The Anaplan FP&A Manager's primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of clients as the engagement lead. In this role, you will oversee delivery teams who are implementing financial planning solutions in Anaplan. As the engagement lead, you will be responsible for the overall success of the delivery. As an FP&A subject matter expert, you will also play a lead role in ensuring that the Anaplan solutions being designed are anchored to business outcomes and rooted in FP&A best practices. The right candidate will have prior consulting experience leading the delivery of FP&A solutions in Anaplan, as well as a professional background in corporate FP&A.

Responsibilities of the Anaplan FP&A Manager Include :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Anaplan FP&A programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence.
• Lead the business requirements phase by driving future state business process design activities and applying FP&A best practices
• Manage project governance, risk, and delivery teams across multiple workstreams and clients.
• Partner hand in hand with a dedicated solution architect to ensure solutions are designed with modeling best practices.
• Manage client relationships at executive and operational levels, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Coach and mentor consultants and project managers to foster growth and delivery capability within the FP&A practice.
• Support business development opportunities by contributing to proposals, scoping, RFP responses, and pre-sales demos.
• Participate in Keyrus and Anaplan events as a thought leader or presenter.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Leadership Team to continuously improve delivery standards, QA, and methodology adoption.
• Monitor project profitability, team utilization, and client satisfaction KPIs.
• Displays knowledge leadership and experience in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain - with a specific focus on FP&A
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify expansion opportunities and create long-term relationships
• Demonstrate technical knowledge for EPM software implementations, including multidimensional solutions, general architecture, and functionalities
• Be able to validate priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for complex projects
• Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and strategic decisions
• Communicate well, both written and orally, at all levels - executive, managerial, technical, and client
