We are currently seeking to hire an entry level or experienced BIM Coordinators for our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.  The primary focus of this position will be to provide BIM Coordination for Revit and AutoCAD MEP projects across all offices, for all business units.  Additional responsibilities include support of Corporate BIM efforts related to content, process, training and standards development and implementation

• Coordination with BIM Manager, external and internal project team in regard to project scope and model / drawing configuration
• Creation and maintenance of B&P Revit MEP models and AutoCAD MEP drawing packages per company standards and processes
• Coordination of Revit and AutoCAD file exchanges with external team members
• External Revit Model and Drawing background updates
• Revit and AutoCAD technical support for all team members (internal and external)
• Support of Revit and AutoCAD BIM Development efforts as directed by BIM Manager
• An Associate’s Degree in Design / Drafting or related A / E / C discipline is desired
• Strong familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assist both internal and external project team members is required
• Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD as well as a great attitude, technical expertise and customer service skills
