A Precast Quality Control Inspector checks that precast concrete products meet quality and safety standards through regular inspections and testing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams. Key responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, performing concrete tests (like slump and compression), verifying dimensions against blueprints, and documenting all findings in reports to address quality issues and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements :

• Must be Bilingual / Spanish
• 1-2 years exp working as a Concrete QC inspector
• Conduct Pre - pour and Post pour inspections
• Conduct incoming raw materials and finished products inspections
• Measure products and compart them to shop drawings and blueprints to ensure they meet specifications
• Monitor curing and finish product
• Perform tests like ASTM
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry standard (ASTM, NPCA, PCI)
• Experience with computer tablets and software for reporting
• OSHA 10 or higher preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Technical / Trades training or precast-specific certifications a plus.
