Pennsylvania Licensed Litigation Adjuster

A company is looking for a Litigation Coverage Adjuster to evaluate and manage insurance claims in litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex automobile accidents

Determines coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims

Mentors and provides direction to junior employees

Required Qualifications

3+ years of claims adjusting experience, including litigation

Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage interpretation

Experience in handling complex claims, including subrogation or fraud potential

Ability to recommend process improvements

Experience at the Sr Adjuster level or in a specialty position is preferred
